采用离子交换法除去六价铬军绿色钝化液中积累的金离子杂质(如Cr3+、Zn2+、Fe3+),从而延长了钝化液的使用寿命,减少了六价铬和总铬的排放量,可节约大量成本。
The metal ions including Cr3+, Zn2+, and Fe3+ accumulated in hexavalent chromium army-green passivation solution were removed by ion exchange method, extending the service life of the passivation solution, decreasing the emissions ofhexavalent chromium and total chromium, and saving the cost greatly.
