化学镀铁基合金镀层始创的回忆和研究进展

Reminiscences of early electroless plating iron-based alloy deposits and research progress

摘要 对当初(20世纪80年代中期)研发化学镀Fe基合金镀层做了一点回忆,特别提到了当时国内外有关方面的状况及存在的问题和困难,简述了找到克服镀制Fe–B合金镀层困难的过程和方法。总结了30多年来化学镀Fe基合金(包括了Fe–P等合金)镀层的研究进展,指出了存在的一些问题,并展望了今后的发展方向。 The simple reminiscences of electroless plating (EP) Fe-based alloy deposits traced back to the mid 1980s were presented. The relevant situation for the EP at home and abroad at that time was printed out, especially the existing problems and difficulties for EP Fe-based alloys were analyzed and discussed. A simple description for how to investigate the Fe-B alloys was illustrated. The research progress in such field including Fe-P and other alloy systems over the last more than 30 years were summarized. Some existing problems were described. How to develop in the future in such field was mentioned.
