不同水溶肥对宁南山区芹菜产量性状及硝酸盐的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Various Water Soluble Fertilizers on Yield Traits and Nitrate Content of Celery in Southern Mountainous Area of Ningxia

摘要 针对宁南山区西吉县芹菜种植区域特性及菜农施肥技术的盲目性,开展了减少农民习惯施肥量而增加腐植酸肥、生物菌肥以及氨基酸肥等水溶性肥措施。结果表明:在投入成本不变的情况下,习惯施肥量减少1/3,增施腐植酸、生物菌及氨基酸等水溶肥对芹菜的SPAD值、叶柄数、株高、莲粗、硝酸盐含量以及产量均有正面效应,尤其对芹菜硝酸盐含量的降低、品质的提升意义重大。 Aiming at the regional characteristics of celery growing and the vegetable growers' blindness in fertilization technology in Xiji county in the southern mountainous area of Ningxia, some measures were taken such as reducing the farmers' customary fertilizer rate and increasing application of water soluble fertilizers such as humic acid fertilizer, biological fertilizer and amino acid fertilizer. The results showed that when the input cost remained unchanged and the customary fertilizer rate reduced by 1/3, the additional application of water soluble fertilizers such as humic acid fertilizer, biological fertilizer and amino acid fertilizer had positive effects on all the indicators such as the SPAD value, number of petiole, plant height, thickness of lotus, nitrate content and yield of the celery, especially it had significant effect on reducing the nitrate content of the celery and upgrading the quality of the celery.
