The cultivation technology for maize—no-tillage stubble cleaning and multiple cropping of winter wheat—after wheat stubble cleaning and multiple cropping of sunflower extended in the state farms in the reclamation area in Ningxia is presented. The demonstration and application effect of the technology is evaluated.
