摘要
采用拉伸蠕变试验方法测试4种不同规格二维编织芳纶包芯绳的蠕变性能,分析芳纶的蠕变机理、二维编织包芯结构以及预加张力对其蠕变的影响。试验结果表明:载荷为300 N、测试时长为2 h时,较小直径的芳纶绳的蠕变受二维编织包芯结构的影响较大,芯纱根数的变化引起蠕变率的变化较大;直径较大的芳纶绳的蠕变由于芯纱根数较多而蠕变率变化较小;在既定的载荷下,编织纱锭数一定时,芯纱根数或比例增加芳纶绳的抗蠕变性能提高。
Tensile creep test method was adopted to study the creep performance of d kinds of two-dimensional braided aramid cored ropes with different specifications. The influence of aramid creep mechanism, two-dimensional braided cored structure and pre-tension on the creep was analyzed. The experimental results show that when the load is 300 N over 2 h test time, the creep is greatly influenced by the structure of the two-dimensional woven cored and creep rate greatly changes, caused by the change in the number of core yarn, for the aramid rope with smaller diameter; larger diameter aramid ropes have small change of creep rate due to more core yarn number. At a given load and a certain number of weaving spindles, with the increase of the number of core yarn or proportion, aramid rope creep resistance will be better.
