摘要
利用4种不同浓度甲基磺酸乙酯溶液诱变向日葵自交系189R种子,以期丰富向日葵种质资源、创造新的育种材料。经对突变体后代的筛选,得到矮秆突变体189ed R。189ed R株高显著降低,植株其他农艺性状、经济性状与原自交系无显著差异。遗传分析表明,该突变体矮秆特性为显性遗传,且受1对基因控制。杂交试验表明,以该矮秆突变体为父本所配制的4个杂交组合与以原189R为父本配制的杂交组合除了植株高度显著降低外,籽粒产量及其他性状间的差异并不明显。
Seeds of 189R(helianthus annuus L.) were treated with EMS(Ethyl methane sulfonate)of four concentrations for the construction of the mutant gene bank and the creation of new germplasm. After the selection from M2 generation and the identification of M3 generation, one dwarf mutant lines, 189 ed R, was obtained. 189 ed R was much lower in the plant height and the other agronomic traits and economic traits had no significant differences from the original inbred line. The genetic analysis revealed that the dwarf characteristic of the mutant was dominant inheritance and was controlled by one pair of dominate nuclear gene. The hybridization experiment showed that except for the plant heights of the 4 hybrid combinations prepared with the mutant as male parent were much shorter than those of the original hybrids prepared with 189 ed R as the male parent, the differences in the grain yield and other traits were not significant.
