摘要
[目的]为明确木霉菌株M1M2对向日葵菌核病的防治效果。[方法]利用M1M2发酵液,采用平板培养、盆栽试验、田间小区试验测定其对向日葵菌核病的防效。[结果]结果表明,木霉菌株M1M2发酵液对向日葵菌核病菌菌丝抑制率为82.6%,盆栽防效为73.8%,田间防效为60.0%。[结论]可见,木霉菌M1M2对向日葵菌核病有良好的防治作用,可进一步开发利用。
[Objective]To confirm the effect of Trichoderma M1M2 on the control of Sclerotinia sclerotiorumin of sunflower.[Method]The effect of fermented liquor from M1M2 on the control of Sclerotinia sclerotiorumin of sunflower was assessed by the plate culture, pot experiment and field experiment. [Result]The results showed that the inhibition rate of Trichoderma M1M2 on the colony growth of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum reached 82.6% and the control effects were 73.8% in the pot experiment and 60.0% in the field experiment. [Conclusion]It can be concluded that Trichoderma M1M2 has a good effect on the control of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and can be developed and used further.
