To train more Engineering application elites, taking EETP （excellent engineers training plan） ,or r~ （electrical engineering） major undergraduate into account, some suggestions are put forward in the paper, for ex- ample, a student need not only to study different detail knowledge but also to study common thinking methods and engineering methods; the basic theory is more important than problem solving skills for student; professional level and comprehensive quality can be trained in the same time ; professional quality should be taught during the profes- sional study, etc.
