久居高原移居汉族人群返回平原不同时间血液学脱适应改变

Hematological deadaptation changes during different period of the Han migrants returning to plain after living long on plateau

目的：研究久居高原汉族人群返回平原后不同时间的血液学脱适应变化。方法：采用临床流行病学方法调查曾在新藏高原生活居住3年以上并返回平原生活的462名移居汉族,按照返回平原时间分为〈1年,1-5年,5-10年,10-20年,20-30年,≥30年组。随机选取126例平原健康人群作为对照组。检测其红细胞（RBC）、血红蛋白（HGB）、红细胞压积（HCT）及血小板（PLT）数量。结果：校正年龄及性别后,除返回平原1年内的移居者HGB高于正常对照组（149.1±19.4 vs141.3±13.2,P〈0.05）外,其余各组HGB水平与正常对照组无差异。校正年龄及性别后,移居者PLT水平在〈1年,1-5年,5-10年,10-20年组较正常对照组均显著降低（P〈0.05）,在20-30年,≥30年组PLT与正常对照组无差异。PLT水平与返回平原时间呈正相关,r=0.137（P〈0.01）。结论：移居高原人群返回平原后血小板恢复的时间要晚于血红蛋白。

Objective：To study the hematological deadaptation changes during different period of the Han people returning to plain after living long on plateau. Methods：462 Hart people who lived on plateau at least 3 years were chosen and divided into 6 groups according to the length of time returned to plain. They were ~1 year,l--5 year,5--10 year,10--20 year, 20--30 year and 930 year group,respectively. The red blood cells（RBC）,hemoglobin （HGB）,haematocrit （HCT） and platlet （PLT） were detected. Results： After age and sex were adjusted, only the HGB of 〈1 year group was significantly higher than that of control group （149.1±19.4 vs 141.3±13.2,P%0.05）,while RBC, HGB, and HCT levels in other groups were similar compared with that of control group. PLT counts were significantly lower in groups of〈1 year,1-5 year, 5-10 year, and 10-20 year than that of control group（P〈0.05）. However,the PLT counts in group 930 year and 20-30 year were similar with that of control group. PLT counts were positively correlated to the period of returning to plain, r = 0.13 7 （P 〈0.01 ）.
