摘要
目的:建立人原发性胃非霍奇金淋巴瘤小鼠皮下移植瘤模型,并探讨其组织病理学特性。方法:取新鲜的人原发性胃非霍奇金淋巴瘤组织移植于NOD/SCID小鼠和BALB/c-nu小鼠左、右肩胛部皮下,观察移植瘤的生长过程;待皮下移植瘤增大,将其取下传代,连续传至6代。同时每代移植瘤组织进行常规病理检测及CD20、CD45RB、Ki67的免疫组织化学检测。结果:在免疫缺陷小鼠体内形成了与人原发瘤形态结构一致的移植瘤,组织中见大量异常增生的大B淋巴细胞。免疫组织化学显示:CD20、CD45RB、Ki67阳性。结论:移植瘤较好地保留了人原发性胃非霍奇金淋巴瘤的组织病理学、生物学特性。
Objective. To investigate the pathological characteristics of human primary gastric nonHodgkin lymphoma subcutaneous transplantation model in immunodeficient mice. Methods. The fresh human primary gastric non-Hodgkin's lymphoma tissues were transplated in the subcutaneous position of scapular in NOD/SCID mice and BALB/c-nu mice. When the subcutaneous xenografts grew up, it was passaged continuously for six generations. The growth process of transplanted tumor was observed. H&E staining and CD20, CD45RB and Ki67 immunohistochemical staining were exploited. Results: Same primary gastric non-Hodgkin lymphoma tumor cells were founded in immunodeficiency mice. A large number of abnormal proliferation of large B-cell lym- phoma were observed and immunohistochemistry identified positive staining of CD20, CD45RB and Ki67. Conclusion: Trasnplantation tumor well preserved primary gastric non-Hodgkin lymphoma's characteristics.
