摘要
采用问卷调查、深度访谈、课堂走访及观察等多种方式,对南疆农村地区少数民族双语教师的现状进行了调查.通过对调研数据分析得出,南疆农村地区少数民族双语教师存在的主要问题,探究问题产生的根源.结合教育学、民族学等相关理论,从可实践的层次,提出解决对策.
Used questionnaires, in-depth interviews, classroom visits, observing ways to survey minority bilingual teachers present situation in rural area southern Xinjiang. Through analysis of survey data, it concluded that minority bilingual teachers existed the main problems in rural areas southern Xinjiang. Then, it explored the root causes of the problems and could practice propose countermeasures which were combined with the theory of pedagogy and ethnology from the hierarchy.
