摘要
采用了基于迈克尔逊干涉仪平台的光干涉法,测量了压电陶瓷在直流驱动电压下的非线性迟滞特性曲线,提出了描述非线性迟滞程度的两种形式,进而分析非线性迟滞程度在不同起点电压、伸长位移量下的变化趋势。通过加循环电压测量了压电陶瓷的滞回曲线,分析了影响压电陶瓷线性和非线性因素的变化,且给出了压电陶瓷灵敏度的变化曲线。
Optical interference method by Michelson interferometer was adopted to measure the non-linear hys- teresis curves of piezoelectric ceramic under constant-current slaving voltage. Two ways for depicting the degree of non-linear hysteresis were put forward. The changing tendency of the degree of non-linear hysteresis under different starting voltages and extension offset variables were further analyzed. Then,hysteresis curves of piezoelectric ceramic were measured by adding circulating voltage, and the changes of linear or non-linear factors, which would influence piezoelectric ceramic, were also analyzed. Finally, the changing curves of sensitivity of piezoelectric ceramic were presented.
