摘要
在盾构掘进过程中,刀盘与土体之间的相互作用非常复杂。应用大型通用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立了在砂土和黏土地层条件下土压平衡盾构刀盘掘进的非线性动力学模型,依据德鲁克-普拉格塑性屈服准则,采用包含单元删除功能的损伤失效准则模拟土体的屈服和破坏。模拟结果反映了土体在受到切削时累积塑性应变直至破坏的变化规律;刀盘在掘进过程中所受载荷呈一定周期性变化;在其他掘进参数不变的情况下,刀盘在砂土中掘进时所受轴向力和扭矩大于黏土;刀盘在砂土中的切削效率低于黏土。研究结果能够为土压平衡盾构刀盘的设计研究提供一定的理论指导。
The interaction between tunneling. The study results can provide theoretical guidance for the design of the cutterhead of earth pressure balanced shield.
