脉搏血氧饱和度监测作为一种无创性经皮血氧饱和度监测方法,因其便捷性和有效性较高而被广泛应用于临床医疗工作,尤其是适用于危、急重症患者血氧饱和度的监测。笔者拟就脉博血氧饱和度监测的基本工作原理及其在儿科临床中的应用研究进行综述,为儿科医师提供参考依据。

Pulse oximetry monitoring is used widely in clinical practice,especially in critical daily care,for its convenience and non-invasion.In this review,we summarize the principles and applications of pulse oximetry monitoring in pediatrics,so as to provide detailed information for clinicians.
