摘要 在世界范围内瘢痕疙瘩的治疗一直是个难题,除白化病患者外,各个种族均有发病。据统计,中国人的瘢痕疙瘩(Keloid,K)发病率在世界上仅次于黑种人,是一种常见且多发的疾病。尤其是生长于头面部等暴露部位或功能部位的瘢痕疙瘩,对患者造成极大的痛苦。对于K的治疗除手术以外有多种方法,但迄今为止没有办法达到治愈[1]。K预防和治疗的困难在于:1其形成机制复杂又不十分明确;
