结肠腺癌组织中MMP-2和MMP-9的表达

Expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the Colon Adenocarcinoma

目的探讨结肠腺癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和MMP-9的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测93例结肠腺癌和30例正常结肠组织中MMP-2和MMP-9的表达,并分析两者与结肠腺癌临床病理参数的关系。结果结肠腺癌组织中MMP-2和MMP-9的阳性率分别为76.34%和77.42%,均高于正常结肠组织的16.67%和16.67%(P<0.05)。结肠癌组织中MMP-2和MMP-9的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期均有关(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-2和MMP-9高表达能够促进结肠腺癌的发生和进展。

Objective To investigate the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-2 （MMP-2） and MMP-9 in the colon adenocarcinoma and their clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the 93 patients with colon adenocarcinoma and 30 cases of colon normal mucosa,and the relationship between MMP-2 or MMP-9 and clinicopathological parameters were analyzed too. Re- suits The positive rates of MMP-2 and MMP-9 （76.34% and 77.42% ） in the colon adenocarcinoma were signifi- cant higher than those （ 16.67% and 16.67% ） in the normal colon mucosa （P 〈 0.05 ）. The expressions of MMP- 2 and MMP-9 in the colon adenocarcinoma were related to the pathological grade,lymph node metastasis and TNM staging （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion High expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 can promote the occurrence and devel- opment of colon adenocarcinoma.
