Analysis of operation after silicone prosthesis rhinoplasty exposure causes

目的:探讨隆鼻术后假体外露的原因提高手术效果。方法:对19例鼻假体外露患者,手术取出假体修补缺损,根据假体外露情况分析假体外露的原因。结果:19例患者中,11例假体由鼻尖穿出,5例假体短臂由鼻小柱侧缘切口穿出,2例经鼻背皮肤穿出,鼻小柱1例。6例再次隆鼻,效果满意。结论:假体的雕刻,放置的位置,剥离的层次以及严格的无菌操作是关系到手术成败的关键原因。

Objective To investigation the cause of implant exposure after augmentation rhinoplasty operation for improve operation effect. Methods A total of 19 cases of patients with nasal implant exposure,remove the prosthesis and repair defects by surgical,analysis the reason of prosthetics according to the exposure situation. Results In 19 patients,11 cases of prosthesis was penetrated through tip of the nose,5 cases of prosthesis short arm pierced lateral margin incision of columella Nasi,2 cases pierced nasal dorsum skin,1 cases of nasal columella.6 cases of augmentation rhinoplasty again with satisfactory effect. Conclusion The key reason for the successful operation include the carving of prosthesis and the placement, peeling,level of strict aseptic operation.
