翼状胬肉广泛切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术的美容效果观察

The analysis on cosmetic effect in treating pterygium by wide excision with autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation

目的：探讨广泛切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的美容效果。方法：对笔者所在科室2011年3月-2013年2月收治的135眼翼状胬肉,采用翼状胬肉广泛切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术。术后随访观察1~2年。结果：127眼与正常眼球外观无差异,结膜无充血增厚,手术创面平整光滑。仅8眼出现结膜轻度充血及结膜瘢痕形成,但未见胬肉复发者。结论：翼状胬肉广泛切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植能有效降低复发率,并获得良好的美容效果。

Objective To study the cosmetic effect of wide excision with autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation in treating pterygium. Methods To analyze the 135 cases with pterygium in our department from March 2011 to February 2013.The 135 cases were given the operations which combined wide excision with autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation,followed by 1-2 years postoperative follow-up. Results 127 cases were not different from normal eyes.There was no congestion,and no neovascularization.The surface of wound tissue was smooth.Only 8 cases were founded with conjunctival congestion and conjunctival scar.There was no recurrence of pterygium during follow-up. Conclusion Treating pterygium by wide excision with autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation is with low recurrence rate and good cosmetic effect.
