果酸联合红蓝光照射治疗寻常性痤疮疗效观察

Obseiver Curative Effect and Adverse Reaction of Red and Blue Light Combination AHA in the Treatment of Acne Vulgaris

目的:观察果酸联合红蓝光照射治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法:将162例患者随机分为联合治疗组58例,果酸治疗组54例,红蓝光照射治疗组50例,三组患者治疗均为2年。结果:联合治疗组有效率89.7%,果酸治疗组有效率63.0%,红蓝光照射治疗组有效率60.0%。联合治疗组疗效与其他两组疗效分别比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:果酸联合红蓝光照射治疗寻常性痤疮,疗效明确,不良反应发生率低,痛苦小,安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe acid combined with Red Blue Light in the treatment of acne vulgaris treatment. Methods 162 patients were randomly divided into treatment of 58 cases of acid treatment of 54 cases of Red Blue Light in treating 50 cases,three patients treated for 2 years. Results The efficiency rate was 89.7% in the treatment group,AHA treatment group was 63.0%,and Red Blue Light in the treatment group was 60.0%.Combination group with the other two groups were compared,there was a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acid combined with Red Blue Light in the treatment of Acne Vuigaris,the curative effect is clear, low incidence of adverse reactions,is safe and effective,it is worth spreading.
