循证护理在小耳畸形再造术中的应用

Application of evidence-based nursing in the reconstruction of small ear deformity

目的:探讨循证护理在先天性小耳畸形再造术中的应用。方法:选取14例小耳畸形患者实施循证护理。结果:14例患者再造耳廓形态与正常耳基本一致,2例发生耳支架外露,1例发生感染,其余均无并发症。结论:通过循证护理在小耳畸形再造术中的应用大大降低了手术并发症的发生,提高了手术的成功率。

Objective To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in the reconstruction of congenital small ear malformation. Methods 14 cases of small ear malformation patients were accepted evidence-based nursing. Results The shape of the reconstructed ears were consistent with that of the normal ear in 14 cases,2 cases with the infection of the ear, and 1 case with complication. Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in the reconstruction of small ear deformity can greatly reduce the occurrence of complications and improves the success rate of operation.
