Appropriate liability management can help enterprises achieve the goal of reasonable allocation of capital structure,moderate expansion of business scale and the pursuit of maximum profit and healthy sustainable development. In this regard,the liability management as the theoretical basis,the specific analysis of the current problems of Chinese college students in the liability business,and to put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
