半城市化现象是城市化过程中的一个阶段性产物,也是特殊制度诱因下城市化发展的"异化"结果,需要突破人口的半城市化困境和土地半城市化的约束。半城市化地区有显著的过渡性和动态性,是未来中国经济重点发展区域。要实现完全的城市化,不是盲目的、瞬间的、激进的城市化,也要防止滞后的城市化,更要预防可能带来各种城市病的超前城市化,所以必须探索出一条合理的、适度的、渐进的、可持续发展的城市化道路。

A semi urbanization phenomenon is the product of a stage in the process of urbanization,is also special institutional incentives of urbanization development of ＆quot;alienation＆quot; results and need to break through population predicament and semi urban land semi urbanization constraint. Semi urbanization region has a significant transitional and dynamic,is the future of China＆#39;s economic development area. To achieve complete urbanization,not blind,moment,radical urbanization,also want to prevent lag of urbanization,but also to prevent may bring a variety of urban disease of ahead of the city,so we must explore a reasonable,moderate,progressive,sustainable development of urbanization road.
