成人高校学历与非学历互促融通的研究——以北京市东城区职工业余大学为例

On the Mutual Accommodation of Academic and non-academic Education in Adult College——a case study of the Vocational University of Dongcheng District,Beijing

在社会经济转型、国家构建终身教育体系的背景下,成人高校要思考探索新的发展方向。本文以北京市东城区职工业余大学为例,经过系统调研,提出成人高校应当立足时代的需要、转型的必然与战略的选择,构建"1+N"的学历教育与非学历教育融通体系,并且提出了构建体系的战略路径和实施策略。

Under the background of social economy transformation and the national lifelong edu-cation system construction,the Adult College demands new thinking. By the system research,this paper proposes that the academic education and non academic education financing system should be constructed;and suggests the related strategies.
