Educational Training of Farmers in the Process of Chinese Agricultural Modernization and Urbanization in the New Age——based on the No.1 document of the Central Committee in recent 10 years

农民教育培训是提高农村劳动力素质的关键,是实现农业现代化、促进新农村建设重要而紧迫的任务。通过对近十年来中央1号文件中有关农民教育培训政策的梳理,试图探讨农业现代化和城镇化进程中农民教育培训的特点以及经验和启示,进而分析新世纪以来农民教育培训工作所存在的问题。

Educational training of farmers is the key to improve the quality of rural labor force, and an important and urgent task to realize the agricultural modernization and promote the construc-tion of new countryside. Based on the review of the policies concerning educational training of farm-ers on No. 1 document of the Central Committee in recent ten years,this paper discusses the charac-teristics ,experience and enlightenment of educational training of farmers in the process of agricultur-al modernization and the urbanization,and then analyzes problems existed in the new century.
