Discussion on Chongqing Metropolitan Suburban Railway Planning

从构建形式、网络结构、运营模式、运营效果、与城市快线网关系等五个方面总结了市郊铁路的特征。提出重庆大都市区市郊铁路规划应采用铁路枢纽环线外客货共运、铁路枢纽环线内以客为主的运营模式,市郊铁路网应利用城市轨道网进入城市中心区且兼顾城市快线网功能的网络结构。提出近期利用国有铁路富余运能开行市郊铁路列车,远期新建市郊铁路专线的初步方案。

The characteristics of suburban railway are summarized from five aspects of operation mode, construction, network structure, operation effect, and the urban express network relationship. Chongqing metropolitan suburban railway should adopt link railway hub outside the passenger and freight traffic, railway huh link to customer satisfaction, the use of city rail network into the city centre is to balance the city express network function model. And presents recent state-owned railway transport ca- pacity utilization of surplus suburban railway train is presented. New suburban railway line preliminary scheme is put forward.
