门冬胰岛素联合甘精胰岛素治疗糖尿病的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of insulin aspart insulin glargine combined treatment of diabetes

目的探讨门冬胰岛素联合甘精胰岛素治疗糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将60例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者按照治疗方式分为对照组与观察组各30例,对照组采用人胰岛素注射液治疗,观察组采用门冬胰岛素联合甘精胰岛素治疗。比较两组治疗前后血糖水平、胰岛β细胞功能改善情况、胰岛素用量及血糖波动情况、治疗前后患者生活质量评分变化情况。结果 1两组治疗后血糖指标(FBG、2h PBG及Hb A1c)水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后上述指标水平也均显著小于对照组(P<0.05);2两组治疗后胰岛β细胞功能指标(FINS、2h INS、△I30/△G30及HOMAβ)水平均显著大于治疗前(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组治疗后上述指标水平也均显著大于对照组治疗后(P<0.05);3观察组治疗后胰岛素用量及血糖波动值均显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论门冬胰岛素联合甘精胰岛素治疗糖尿病的临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者的血糖及胰岛β细胞功能,应在临床上对该方案进行推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of insulin aspart insulin combined glargine in treatment of diabetes. Methods A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） patients according to treatment were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, and the control group was given human insulin in- jection therapy, the observation group was given insulin aspart insulin combined with glargine. Blood glucose levels were compared before and after treatment, islet β cell function to improve the situation, the amount of insulin and blood sugar fluctuations, the quality of life in patients with scores before and after treatment were observed and com- pared. Results （1）After treatment, glyeemie index （FBG, 2hPBG and HbAle） levels were significantly lower than be- fore treatment （P〈0.05）, and the above target levels of the observation group after treatment were also significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）; （2）After treatment, characterization of islet 13 cell function index （FINS, 2hlNS, △I30/△G30 and HOMAβ） were significantly higher than before treatment（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, and the ob- servation group after treatment above target levels were also significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈 0.05） ; （3）the dosage of insulin and blood sugar fluctuations in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of winter insulin glargine combined treatment of diabetes significantly, which can effectively improve blood sugar and insulin in patients with β-cell func- tion and significantly improve the quality of life of patients, the program is worth clinical promotion.
