Student-centered: The Idea Construction of News Talents Cultivation in Media Convergence Times

一专多能是媒体融合时代新闻人才的核心素质。当下新闻教育在人才培养中存在一定误区,导致新闻人才出现"动手快,后劲不足"的问题。因此应当转社会本位教育为个人本位教育,建立"以学生为中心"的人才培养理念,在尊重学生主体性的前提下构建"目标——教学——服务"于一体的全方位的教育体系。在教学上,力求通过强调学生思维训练、强化新闻传播的新闻素养,以及加强全媒体素养与媒介融合意识,实现媒体融合时代新闻人才的目标。

To be specialized and versatile is the core quality of news talents in the times of media convergence. There is a certain misunderstanding in present talents cultivation, which leads to problems as good beginners but lack of stamina. It suggests us to change the idea of social standard education to personal standard education, and to construct the student-centered talents cultivation idea, and to construct ＂object--teaching--service＂ comprehensive education system with respect to student subjectivity. In teaching, by emphasizing students＇ thinking training, strengthening news literacy, and intensifying omnimedia literacy and media convergence, we can achieve the objective of news talents in media convergence times.
