摘要
推动实践教学脱离传统的理论教育主导模式,切实满足教师、学生、企业、学校、社会等利益相关者的需求,是完善当前实践教学体系的基本要求。着眼于嵌入理论在揭示事物间内在关系问题上的方法论优势,将其移植用于对实践教学体系构成要素之间、尤其是行为主体之间的关系分析。研究表明,基于认知嵌入、关系嵌入、结构嵌入与宏观嵌入可以对实践教学体系做出全方位梳理,从而在主体关系把握、实践教学过程、实践技能强化以及相关制度建设等方面重构实践教学体系。
Promoting the practical teaching system reform to get rid of the traditional education mode, and making the practical teaching system catch the needs of teacher, students, enterprises, schools, society and other stakeholders effectively, are the basic requirement to improve the practical teaching system. This paper analyzed the practical teaching system elements and relationships between action subjects basing on bidirectional embeddedness. Research shows that, cognitive embeddedness, relational embeddedness, structural embeddedness and macro embeddedness can grasp the full range of practical teaching system, and strengthen the construction and reconstruction of practical teaching system in the subjects' relationships, teaching process, practice skills and institutional improvements.
