认知行为干预对白血病化疗患者口腔感染的影响

Effect of cognitive behavior intervention on oral infection in leukemia patients with chemotherapy

目的:探讨认知行为干预对白血病化疗患者口腔感染的影响,为提高患者的护理质量提供参考依据。方法:将206例白血病化疗患者采用随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各103例,对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予认知行为干预;比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组口腔感染率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)、抑郁自评量表评分(SDS)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),各项社会支持评分(SSRS)、生活质量评分(SF-36)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对白血病化疗患者采用认知行为干预方案,能够有效预防口腔感染,并改善患者的不良情绪,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ：To investigate the effect of cognitive behavior intervention on oral infection in leukemia patients with chemothera- py in order to provide reference for improving nursing quality. Methods ： 206 leukemia patients receiving chemotherapy were randomly divid- ed into the observation group and the control group （ 103 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention;the cognitive behavior intervention was additionally adopted in the observation group. The intervention effect was compared be- tween the two groups. Results ：The oral infection rate of the patients was lower in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the scores of SAS and SDS of the patients were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the scores of SSRS and SF - 36 were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The cogni- tive behavior intervention on leukemia patients with chemotherapy can effectively prevent oral infection,relieve negative emotion and im- prove the quality of life of the patients.
