新媒体环境下大学生法治信仰之育成

On the Cultivation of University Students' Belief of Rule of Law under the New Media Environment

依法治国,重视对国家的法制建设,需要社会全体公民建立起自主意识、权利意识以及公民意识,需要重视自身人格的独立,激发内心深处对法治的信任、尊重和依赖,培养对法治的忠诚信仰,将法治转化为民族精神深入人心。大学生正处于思维活跃期,对于世界观的形成是一个重要的时期,这一时期对于社会公德、人格形成以及行为习惯的养成都是十分重要的,因此,对大学生的法治信仰培养也是极为重要的。对大学生法治信仰的培养有利于全体民众法律意识的提高,在新媒体环境下针对大学生法治信仰育成中产生的新问题,必须提高重视,积极寻找解决问题的途径,借以提高大学生法治教育的实效性,完善大学生的法治信仰,积极开展实践活动提高大学生学习法律的积极性。

To manage state affairs according to law and lay em- phasis on legal construction, all citizens of the society should es- tablish independent consciousness, right consciousness and con- sciousness of citizenship, pay attention to their personality inde- pendence, stimulate their belief, respect and dependence of rule of law, cultivate their faithfulness and belief of rule of law, and transform rule of law to be national spirit and make it deeply root among the people. University students＇ thinking is active and u- niversity life is an important period for them to form their outlooks on the world, and this period is also important for their formation of social ethics, personality and habits, so the cultivation of their belief of rule of law is also important. The cultivation of university students＇ belief of rule of law helps to improve the legal con- sciousness of the whole citizens. The new problems emerging in the cuhivation of university students＇ belief of rule of law under the new media environment must be attached to much impor- tance, and approaches to solve them must be actively explored, so as to improve the effectiveness of the education and improve uni- versity students＇ belief of rule of law, and practical activities should also be implemented to improve university students＇ en- thusiasm in learning laws.
