新疆大学生诚信教育及实践的缺失和对策研究

Research on the Deficiency of the Integrity Education and Practice for University Students in Xinjiang and the Countermeasures

新疆大学生作为新疆优秀的群体,其诚信状况不仅关系到个人的发展,同时还关系到新疆社会与整个社会信用体系的建设和发展。而通过调查却发现新疆大学生现阶段诚信教育及实践存在教育内容简单、学生知行不统一、诚信评价及管理体系不完善等不少方面的问题;本文就发现的问题成因进行探讨分析,提出相应的对策,通过高校应加强重视、丰富实践形式、建立并完善监管制度、探索多渠道实现学生知行合一等方式,加强新疆大学生诚信教育及实践。

The situation of the integrity of university students in Xinjiang, as an outstanding group, concerns not only individual development, but also the construction and development of the integrity system of Xinjiang and the whole society. However, it was found in the investigation that there are many problems in the current integrity education and practice for university students in Xinjiang, such as simple education contents, disunity of students＇ knowledge and action, and poor integrity evaluation and manage- ment system. This paper explores and analyzes the causes of the present problems, proposes corresponding countermeasures to enhance the integrity education and practice for university stu- dents in Xinjiang, such as increasing the attention of university administrators, enriching the forms of practice, establishing and improving the supervision system, and exploring multiple ways to realize students＇ unity of knowledge and action.
