Research on the Characteristics of Contemporary College Students and the Education Countermeasures

科学分析当代大学生的思想行为形成变化的规律,掌握其思维模式和行为特点,探索一条因材施教的教学方法,方可为我国探索出一条培养高素质人才的教学之路。依据对处于信息浪潮中的当代大学生特点的分析,总结出几点教育对策:分层次教学、教育信息化以及培养大学生正确的学习动机和就业观念。

To scientifically analyze the rule of changes of contem- porary college students＇ thoughts and behaviors, master their thinking mode and behavior characteristics, and explore a teach- ing method according to their aptitude, can provide a teaching way for the cultivation of high-quality talents for our country. Through the analysis of the characteristics of contemporary col- lege students in the wave of information, this paper summarizes several education countermeasures, including stratified teaching, educational informationization, and the cultivation of college stu- dents＇ correct learning motivation and employment conception.
