Analysis on the Personal Traits of Contestants and Their Performance in Professional Skills Competitions: A Case Study on Jiangxi College of Foreign Studies

专业技能大赛是检验高职院校教学水平与学生素质的重要方法,技能大赛的效果将直接影响到各类职业院校的未来发展,而学生的综合素质是影响技能大赛效果的主要因素。本文针对参赛获奖选手的个人特质与参赛成绩的关系展开调查分析,给职业院校技能竞赛选手的选拔提供参考。

Professional skills competition is an important method to test the teaching level and students＇ quality in higher vocation- al colleges. The effect of skills competition will directly influence the future development of various vocational colleges, while stu- dents＇ comprehensive quality is a major factor influencing the ef- fect of skills competition. This paper carries out an investigation and analysis on the relationship between the personal traits of contestants and their performance in competitions, hoping to pro- vide a reference for the selection of contestants participating in skills competitions.
