城乡统筹发展下我国农民职业教育供给问题及对策浅析

A Brief Analysis on Problems and Countermeasures of China's Vocational Education Supply for Farmers under Urban and Rural Coordinated Development

现阶段,农民职业教育在统筹城乡发展中有着举足轻重的地位,对农村和城镇两个方面不可或缺,本文首先从农民职业教育的主体、内容和方式等方面分析了当前统筹城乡发展阶段农民职业教育的需求现状,从而进一步剖析现阶段农民职业教育供给存在的问题,然后结合国外经验对农民职业教育供给提出新的改进策略,从而更好地促进城乡统筹发展进程。

At present, vocational education for farmers has a piv- otal position in urban and rural coordinated development, and is indispensable to both rural areas and urban areas. This article first analyzes the demand of farmers＇ vocational education at the present stage of urban and rural coordinated development from the main part, content and method of farmers＇ vocational educa- tion, further analyzes the problems existing in the current supply for farmers＇ vocational education, and then proposes new promot- ing strategies combined with foreign experience, hoping to better promote the process of urban and rural coordinated development.
