摘要
高校就业管理部门的根本任务是提高大学生就业率和就业质量,其重要作用不容置疑。但目前看来,高校就业管理部门职能的发挥并非淋漓尽致,部门结构不合理,就业配套系统、设施因缩减成本而不健全,工作团队整体素质偏低;事务性工作居多而"忘本",颠倒主次,以致影响重点工作的开展;对各院系就业工作的指导不得力,工作创新不足,统筹规划性不强。诸多问题阻碍了高校就业管理部门职能作用的充分发挥。
The basic task of college employment management de- partments is to improve the rate and quality of college students' employment, so their importance is undoubted. But viewing from the present situation, the role of college employment management departments is not given full play to. The structure of the depart- ments is not proper, and the supporting system and facilities are not perfect due to cost reduction, and besides, the overall quality of the staff is low. There is too much routine work and the main work is ignored, affecting the implementation of the key work. The guidance of work in other departments is not efficient and the innovation is not sufficient without a systematic plan. The above problems have hindered the full play of the role of college em- ployment management departments.
