关于四川省65家医疗卫生机构对预防医学专业人才能力需求之状况的分析

Analysis on Professional Ability Demand for Preventive Medicine Talents from 65 Medical and Health Institutions in Sichuan Province

为了掌握医疗卫生机构对预防医学专业人才能力需求的信息,课题组对参加泸州市某医学类高校双选会、有意招聘预防医学本科生的所有基层医疗卫生机构发放问卷,调查用人单位对预防医学专业毕业生的知识结构、综合能力、职业道德素养等方面的要求,然后根据调查结果对预防医学人才培养提出了相应的建议与对策。

In order to get the professional ability demand information of medical and health institutions for preventive medicine talents, the research group distributes questionnaires to all medical and health institutions at the local level which attended double chosen will in a medical university in Luzhou and are interested in hiring preventive medicine undergraduates, with the purpose of investigating the employers＇ demand for preventive medicine und corresponding ergraduates＇ knowledge structure, comprehensive ability, and professional moral quality, etc., then suggestions and countermeasures of preventive medicine talent cultivation are put forward according to the survey.
