摘要
人民陪审员制度是我国特有的一项司法制度。多年的选任培养和司法实践证明,人民陪审员在保障司法民主、促进司法公正方面发挥了十分重要的作用。积极推行人民陪审员队伍规范化管理,强化人民陪审员参审、调解、助执、监督功能,不断提高人民群众参与司法的广度和深度,不仅解决了案多人少、警力不足的矛盾,而且增强了群众对司法的认同感,促进了审判执行工作的全面开展,其经验值得推广。
People＇s jury system is a specific judicial system in China, after many years of selected training and judicial practice, it has been proved that people＇s jury has played a very important role in ensuring the judicial democracy and promoting judicial justice. By promoting the people＇s jury standardized management, strengthening the people＇s jury＇s assessor, mediation, to help hold, the function of supervision, and constantly improving the breadth and depth of the masses＇ participating in the case of justice, we can solve the problem of insufficient police force, and enhance the masses consents sense on judicatory and promote the overall development of the implementation of the trial as well.
