摘要
随着板材加工工艺的不断改善,我国大部分钢铁加工厂的扎制工艺也有了很大的提高。铝合金板材的扎制在生产生活中都有很广泛的应用,但铝合金有很高的热敏感性,其中的颗粒大小及分布对板材的扎制有很大的影响,所以利用有限元分析技术,对扎制过程中的板材进行模拟,获得板材的应力分布图。结果表明,板材中的颗粒越细小越均匀更利于消除应力集中现象。
With the continuous improvement of sheet metal processing technology, most of China's rolled steel plant process has also been greatly improved. Rolled aluminum sheet production life has a very wide range of applications, but aluminum has a high thermal sensitivity and wherein the particle size distribution has a great influence on the rolled sheet, therefore the processing should be carried out well before the heat treatment to improve its performance
