摘要
为解决XX51断块中间基原油清蜡降粘的问题。通过大量的单剂及复配实验后,进行以溶蜡速度、降粘率、降凝率、防蜡率为因子的四因素、四水平正交试验、复配筛选。找到了适合XX51断块原油的新型化学药剂。自2012年起在XX51断块的200余口稠油井上应用,油井热洗周期平均延长150天。全年减少热洗1500井次。每次热洗按3000元计,则全年节省费用450万元。
