分期护理管理在神经外科重症病患者中的应用

Application of nursing management by stages in critically ill patients in the department of neurosurgery

目的:探讨分期护理管理在神经外科重症病患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将124例神经外科重症病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各62例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施分期护理管理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组医院感染率低于对照组(P<0.05),机械通气时间、住ICU时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:分期护理管理可有效降低神经外科重症病患者的医院感染率,缩短住院时间,提高满意度。

Objective ：To discuss the method and effect of application of nursing management by stages in critically ill patients in the de- partment of neurosurgery. Methods ： 124 critically ill patients in the department of neurosurgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （62 cases in each group）. The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the nursing management by stages was additionally implemented in the observation group. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results：The nosocomial infection rate was lower in the observation group than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; duration of mechanical ventilation, the length of stay in ICU and hospitalization days were shorter in the observation group than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the scores of satis- faction were higher in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The nursing management by stages for critically ill patients can effectively reduce the nosocomial infection rate, shorten the hospitalization days and improve patient satisfaction.
