Comprehensive nursing intervention on 60 cases of induced abortion

目的:探讨人工流产患者的综合护理干预方法及效果。方法:将120例人工流产患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予综合护理干预,比较两组患者护理效果及不良心理评分。结果:两组患者护理效果及不良心理评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可提高人工流产患者的临床效果,缓解不良心理状态。

Objective：To explore the method and effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on pregnant women with induced abor- tion. Methods ：120 pregnant women with induced abortion were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（60 cases in each group）. The pregnant women in the control group were given routine nursing care and the comprehensive nursing intervention was additionally adopted in the observation group, The nursing effect and scores of unhealthy psychology of the pregnant women were compared between the two groups. Results：There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of nursing effect and scores of unhealthy psychology of the pregnant women between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the clinical effect of induced abortion and alleviate the adverse psychological state of the pregnant women.
