摘要
中国人口红利拐点已经到来,酒店业普遍出现了用工荒问题。要解决这一问题,酒店必须创新人力资源管理制度。校企合作、放宽用工年龄、大力培养复合型人才等都是解决这一问题的有效措施。
China demographic dividend inflection point has arrived. The hotel industry generally appears the problem of labor shortage. Lack of the quantity and quality of human resources will inevitably affect the healthy development of the hotel. In order to solve the problem of labor short- age, the human resources management system innovation must be carried out in hotel. This paper points out that measures of school-enterprise cooperation, relaxed working age and vigorously culti- vate talents should be taken to solve this problem.
