经颅直流电刺激在脑卒中康复应用中的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 经颅直流电刺激(transcranial direct current stimulation,tDCS)是利用低强度、恒定的微弱电流(1~2mA)作用于大脑皮质,通过改变神经元膜电位的电荷分布,促其去极化或超极化,从而影响大脑皮质神经细胞兴奋性,最终调控大脑功能。早在1963年tDCS在动物实验中被首次提到,但因检测装置及实验重复性等问题,限制了该技术进一步发展。
