常规超声与超声弹性成像联合诊断乳腺BI-RADS 4级肿块的价值 被引量:22

摘要 目的探讨常规超声与超声弹性成像联合诊断乳腺BI-RADS 4级乳腺肿块的价值。方法回顾分析104例106个BI-RADS 4级乳腺肿块的常规超声和超声弹性成像检查结果,以及常规超声与超声弹性成像联合诊断检查结果,结果与手术病理对照。结果常规超声与超声弹性成像联合诊断BI-RADS 4级乳腺肿块,诊断价值优于单独应用常规超声与超声弹性成像,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规超声结合超声弹性成像有助于提高常规超声诊断乳腺BI-RADS 4级肿块鉴别诊断能力。 [ Objective ] To assess the value of conventional ultrasonography (US) combined with ultrasonic elas- tography (UE) for benign and malignant BI-RADS 4 breast tumor. [Methods] The checking results of 106 BI- RADS 4 breast tumor from 104 patients were reviewed and analyzed by applying conventional ultrasound or ultra- sonic elastography as well as the combination diagnosis by conventional ultrasound and ultrasonic elastography. Fi- nally the results will be compared with surgical pathology. [ Results ] The method of converntional ultrasound com- bined with ultrasonic elastography was superior to applying conventional ultrasound or uhrasonic elastography indi- vidually and tbe difference has statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusions ] Combining conventional ultrasound with ultrasonic elastography can improve differential diagnosis ability in BI-RADS 4 breast tumor.
