摘要
目的探讨模拟教学法在《传染病护理学》见习教学中的应用效果。方法将157名护生随机分为两组。实验组采用模拟教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,比较两组期末理论成绩和实践成绩,采用教学效果问卷和满意度调查表调查各组护生对教学效果的评价情况。结果实验组的理论成绩和实践成绩均高于对照组;实验组的教学效果问卷各项目的认可率均高于对照组;实验组的总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论模拟教学法可提高《传染病护理学》见习教学效果,对提高护生的理论成绩和实践成绩均有效。
Objective To explore the effect of the simulated teaching method in the infectious disease to nursing prac- tice teaching. Methods Totally the 157 vocational nursing students were randomly divided into two groups. The experi- mental group adopted simulated teaching method, and the control group adopted traditional teaching method. The final theoretical and the practical achievement of the two groups. By the teaching effect questionnaire survey and the satis- faction questionnaire one, all the nursing students were investigated the evaluation of teaching effect were compared. Results The theoretical and practical achievements in the experimental group were higher than that of the control group The acceptance rate of questionnaire the teaching effect in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The rate of total satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Adopting the simulated teaching method can improve the effect of practical teaching of infectious diseases nursing. It is effective for nursing students to improve the theoretic achieve- ment and praetical results.
