VSD治疗32例骨科创伤感染的临床效果观察

Observation of clinical effects of VSD in treatment on 32 patients with or-thopedic trauma infection

目的研究对骨科创伤感染患者进行封闭负压引流（VSD）的临床效果。方法选取2013年8月~2015年2月我院骨科创伤感染患者62例,按随机数字表法将其分成实验组32例,对照组30例,实验组应用VSD术治疗,对照组应用常规引流术治疗,对比两组疗效。结果实验组平均换药次数为（2.63±0.63）次,创面愈合时间为（20.21±5.32）d,住院时间为（24.32±6.32）d,住院费用为（8221.21±352.11）元,创伤感染治疗总有效率为100.0%,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论封闭负压引流治疗骨科创伤感染患者效果显著,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effects of vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） on the patients with orthopedic trauma infection. Methods Sixty-two patients with orthopedic trauma infection of our hospital from August 2013 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group with 32 patients and the control group with 30 patients according to the random number table method. The experimental group was given VSD surgery and the control group was given conventional drainage treatment. The efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results In the experimental group, the average frequency of dressing change was （2.63±0.63） times, the trauma healing time was （20.21± 5.32）days, the length of hospital stay was （24.32±6.32）days, the hospitalization cost was （8221.21±352.11）yuan, and the total effective treatment rate of wound infection was 100.0%. The above data were different from those of the control group, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of orthopedic trauma infection, vacuum sealing drainage shows remarkable effects and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
