伊立替康联合放疗在小细胞肺癌脑转移治疗中的效果观察

Effect of irinotecan combined with radiotherapy in treatment of the small cell lung cancer with brain metastasis

目的探讨伊立替康联合放疗在小细胞肺癌脑转移治疗中的效果。方法选取我院自2009年2月~2012年2月收治的38例小细胞肺癌并发脑转移患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表分为试验组和对照组,每组19例,试验组患者采取伊立替康联合放射治疗,对照组采取放射治疗。对比分析两组患者治疗的疗效情况以及治疗后肿瘤的复发情况。结果试验组治疗的总有效率为94.74%,对照组治疗的总有效率为68.42%,试验组的有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。试验组在治疗后1年、2年、3年的复发率均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论伊立替康联合放疗治疗小细胞肺癌脑转移患者可明显降低患者的死亡率,提高患者的生存质量,具有积极的临床价值,可作为一种安全有效的方法应用于临床工作中。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of irinotecan combined with radiotherapy in treatment of the small cell lung cancer with brain metastasis. Methods Retrospectively selected 38 cases of small cell lung cancer with brain metastasis of our hospital from February 2009 to February 2012 as the research objects, they were divided into experimental group and control group randomly, with 19 cases in each group, experimental group used irinotecan com- bined with radiotherapy, control group only used radiation therapy mode. The effective treatment and tumor recurrence after treatment of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 94.74%, which was obvious higher than 68.42% of control group, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate after 1 year, 2 years, 3 years treatment of experimental group were significantly lower than control group, with sta- tistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Irinotecan combined with radiotherapy can significantly reduce patients mor- tality and improve patients life quality in treatment of small cell lung cancer with brain metastases, it has positive clinical value and can be used as a safe and effective method in clinical work.
