缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗32例老年高血压疗效观察

The effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine besylate in treatment of elderly hypertension curative effect observation of 32 cases

目的评价缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年高血压疗效疗效。方法选取2014年1月~2015年1月我院收治的老年高血压患者（≥60岁）64例作为研究对象,两组患者治疗期间均不再使用其他影响血压的药物,对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平5~10 mg口服,每天1次;观察组联合缬沙坦80 mg口服,每天1次;连用12周,4周为1个疗程,每个疗程前后分别监测血压的变化情况。结果观察组患者治疗后总有效率为90.6%,对照组治疗后总有效率为71.9%,两组疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组联合用药后的收缩压、舒张压较治疗前降低显著,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对照组联合用药后的收缩压、舒张压较治疗前降低显著,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。且观察组治疗后的SBP、DBP较对照组降低更显著,差异具有统计学意义（t=2.532、3.526,P〈0.05）。结论缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年高血压疗效较单一用药效果更好,可以有效控制血压水平,且安全性更好。

Objective To evaluate the effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine besylate in treatment of senile hypertension. Methods A total of 64 cases （over 60 years old） elderly patients with hypertension from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital as the object of study, the drug during the two groups of patients had no other effects on blood pressure, control group was given amlodipine besylate 5 to 10 mg orally, 1 time a day; the observation group with oral valsartan 80 mg, 1 time a day, for 12 weeks, 4 weeks for 1 course of treatment, changes of blood pressure were monitored before and after each course of treatment. Results The total effective rate in the observation group after treatment, was 90.6%, total effective rate in control group was 71.9% after treatment, the efficacy of two groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The observation group after combination of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The control group after combination of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly, the differ- ence was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the observation group after treatment SBP, DBP decreased more significantly, the difference was statistically significant （t=2.532, 3.526, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Valsartan combined with amlodipine besylate in treatment of elderly hypertension curative effect is better than single drug effect, can effectively control the blood pressure level, and the security is better.
