头孢类药物过敏性休克患者的急救护理体会

Emergency nursing experience for patients with cephalosporins induced allergic shock

目的总结头孢类药物过敏性休克患者的急救措施及护理体会。方法回顾性分析2011年1月~2013年12月我院救治的33例因头孢类药物所致的过敏性休克患者的病例资料,比较急救护理前后患者生命体征的变化情况,总结对头孢类药物过敏性休克患者的急救措施及护理体会。结果通过对头孢类药物过敏性休克患者的急救护理后,33例患者生命体征恢复平稳,全部救治成功,无死亡病例发生,急救后患者的各项观察指标均显著优于急救护理前（P〈0.05）。结论熟悉头孢类药物过敏性休克的早期症状及体征,及时备齐急救所需的物品及药品,熟练掌握急救护理的操作技能,及时给予患者急救和实施护理是对头孢类药物过敏性休克抢救成功的关键。

Objective To summarize the emergency treatment measures and nursing experience for the patients with cephalosporins induced allergic shock. Methods Medical records of 33 patients with cephalosporins induced allergic shock who were rescued and treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. The patients＇ vital signs before and after emergency nursing were compared. The emergency treatment measures and nursing experience for the patients with cephalosporins induced allergic shock were summarized. Results Through emergency nursing of the 33 patients with cephalosporins induced allergic shock, all the patients＇ vital signs returned to stable. All the patients were successfully rescued and treated and no death occurred. The patients＇ each observation indicator after emergency treatment was significantly better than that before emergency nursing （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Familiarization with the early symptoms and signs of cephalosporins induced allergic shock, timely preparation of emergency treatment required articles and drugs, mastery of operation skills of emergency nursing and timely implementation of emergency treatment and nursing are key to successfully rescuing patients with cephalosporins induced allergic shock
