摘要 维生素D是维持人体生命稳定的一种营养素,本质上亦是激素,属于类固醇激素。维生素D既往被认为能稳定体内钙磷水平。近年来,随着维生素D受体在淋巴细胞、胰腺岛状细胞等的细胞核中被发现,以及后续研究发现维生素D对人免疫器官和免疫细胞均有一定的影响。本文将就维生素D对免疫系统影响的研究作一综述。 Vitamin D is a particular nutrient which helps human a balanced life, it's one of the essential species of Hormone, and it belongs to the Steroid Hormone. Vitamin D was recognized stable calcium and phosphorus levels in vivo. In recent years, as the vitamin D receptor was found in the nucleus of lymphocytes, cells of the pancreas island, and the follow-up study in which they found that vitamin D has some influences on human immune organs and immune cells. This paper will review the effects of vitamin D on the immune system.
